Yesterday, I had a 9:00 am hair appointment. Afterwards, I went to Urban to return something and the chick working at the register had the cutest outfit on. She was like a modern 1930s dame with a baby pink dress on, a black slip peeking through the bottom and these leggings and mary-jane flats. I want her outfit! Anyway, I'm super excited to find something cute (like this dress below) to wear with these flapper-esque lace tights. I've been searching on Etsy for 2 days now but haven't found anything right....

I love the lace tights and the details right above the knee. It gives the impression she's wearing a garter. haha or thigh high stockings.
